本日も神子元島に行ってきました！！
今日はなんと…
風なし＆波も穏やか✨ナイスコンディション👏
ただ、外気は15度前後＋曇り空で
水面休息中は少しひんやりとした1日でした🥶
全体的に少し白っぽいですが、まずまず、、、
そして最近話題の…
👉 サルパ登場！！
流された後の中層にふわふわ漂っていて、乱視の私には焦点が合わない、、笑
今日は…
ハンマー出てます🔥
ダイビング中、
👉 単体がうようよ何度も登場！
さらに…
👉 小さな小さなハンマーも確認✨
そして！！
👉 カマストガリザメもあちこちに！
こちらもダイビング中、
いたるところで確認できました😆

の群れがしっかり入っていて
魚影の濃さは文句なし🔥
流れの中での群れはやっぱり最高です👍
水温14℃なので

✔ フード・グローブ推奨
寒さ対策で快適度がかなり変わります！

のバランス良い1日でした✨
小さいハンマーが出てきたのも

We visited Mikomoto Island again today!!
And today was amazing…
No wind and calm seas ✨
Incredible conditions—hard to believe this is Mikomoto 👏
However, the air temperature was around 15°C with cloudy skies, so it felt a bit chilly during surface intervals 🥶
🌊 Underwater conditions:
Water temperature: 14°C (still very much winter ❄️)
Visibility: 8–10 meters
Overall slightly hazy, but not bad.
And recently…
👉 We saw salps!!
They were drifting gently in the mid-water after the drift, and with my astigmatism, I couldn’t quite focus on them… haha
🦈 Hammerhead & shark report:
Today…
Hammerheads are here 🔥
During the dives:
👉 Many single hammerheads were seen repeatedly!
And even better…
👉 We also spotted very small hammerheads ✨
Plus!!
👉 Silky sharks were seen everywhere!
They were observed throughout the dives in multiple locations 😆
🐟 Fish life remains strong at Mikomoto:
As always:
✔ Yellowtail (Isaki)
✔ Japanese butterfish (Takabe)
Large schools were present, making for excellent fish density 🔥
Watching them in the current is always incredible 👍
⚠️ Equipment recommendation:
With water at 14°C:
✔ Proper wetsuit (or drysuit recommended)
✔ Adequate inner layers
✔ Hood & gloves recommended
Thermal protection makes a big difference in comfort!

Today was a well-balanced day with:
👉 Great sea conditions
👉 Plenty of sharks
👉 Strong fish presence
Seeing small hammerheads gives us great expectations for the coming days 🔥
🚤 Upcoming schedule:
We are scheduled to depart both tomorrow and the day after with shared boats.
