This special 2-day shark diving adventure combines:

• The famous “Shark Scramble” in Ito, Chiba
• The legendary Hammerhead Shark diving at Mikomoto, Izu

【Day 1】Ito – Shark Scramble

Dive into the world-famous “Shark Scramble,”
where you’ll be surrounded by large numbers of sharks and giant fish.

【Day 2】Mikomoto – Hammerhead Sharks

Head to Mikomoto, one of the world’s top hammerhead shark diving destinations.

Experience thrilling offshore drift dives while searching for massive schools of scalloped hammerhead sharks.

05:00 – Departure from Tokyo area

Overnight stay in Atami

Day 2

Early morning departure

2 dives at Mikomoto

Tour ends at Izukyu-Shimoda Station

• Rental diving equipment

■ Accommodation

The tour includes a hotel stay in Atami.

• Single or twin rooms (depending on availability)
• Hot spring hotel planned
• Breakfast and dinner are not included

There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

■ Participation Requirements

• Minimum 50 logged dives
• Must have dived within the last year
• Age: 18–69 years old

※ Participants aged 60+ or requiring medical clearance must submit a doctor’s certificate.

■ Skill Requirements (Important)

Mikomoto is an advanced-level offshore dive site.

Strong currents and blue-water drift diving conditions are common.

The following skills are strongly recommended:

• Drift diving experience
• Good buoyancy control
• Comfortable safety stops in current
• Free descent and ascent skills

■ What to Bring

• Certification card (C-card)
• Logbook
• Swimwear
• Towel
• Motion sickness medication
• Rash guard recommended

■ Important Notes

• Shark feeding dives are conducted in Ito.
• No shark feeding is conducted at Mikomoto.
• Shark sightings cannot be guaranteed as these are wild animals.

For safety reasons, dive sites or schedules may change depending on ocean conditions.
