いつも神子元ハンマーズをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、当店ではゲストの皆さまにより快適にお過ごしいただくため、タンクのダストキャップの取り扱い方法を見直すことにいたしました。
これまで、ダストキャップ周辺の水分を飛ばす目的で、タンクのエアーを使用してダストキャップ周辺部分を吹く場面がございましたが、今後はこの作業をご遠慮いただきす。
理由といたしましては、エアーを出す際に発生する「キーン」という高い音が、周囲のお客様にとって不快に感じられる場合があるためです。
特に近年はご参加いただくお客様の人数も増えており、準備中や片付け中に同様の音が何度も発生すると、船上・波止場での快適性を損なう可能性がございます。
今後は、ダストキャップやバルブ周辺の水分つきましては、タオル等で丁寧に拭き取る方法を基本といたします。
なお、船にはダストキャップを拭くためのタオルをご用意しております。
必要な際は、そちらをご利用ください。
また、ゲストの皆さまにおかれましても、器材のセッティングや片付けの際には、エアーを使ってダストキャップの水滴を吹き飛ばす行為はお控えいただけますようお願いいたします。
小さな変更ではございますが、皆さまがより快適に、気持ちよくダイビングの準備・片付けを行える環境づくりの一環として、スタッフ一同取り組んでまいります。

To help create a more comfortable environment for all guests, we have decided to review the way we handle tank dust caps.
Until now, tank air has sometimes been used to blow water away from the dust cap or valve area. However, from now on, we kindly ask everyone to avoid using tank air for this purpose.
The reason is that the high-pitched “sharp” sound caused by releasing air can be uncomfortable for guests nearby.
As the number of guests has increased in recent years, repeated sounds during preparation or cleanup may affect the comfort of the shop, boat, and harbor area.
Going forward, please wipe any water or dirt around the dust cap and valve area gently with a towel.
We also provide towels on the boat for wiping dust caps.
Please feel free to use them when needed.
We kindly ask all guests to refrain from using tank air to blow off or dry dust caps when setting up or cleaning up equipment.
This is a small change, but we believe it will help everyone enjoy a more comfortable and pleasant diving environment.
