こんにちは。
昨日は海況不良によりクローズでしたが本日は無事に出航する事が出来ました。
昨日は風も強かったですが雨も相当降っていたので、伊豆半島の内海は雨水による濁りが酷い状態になっていました。
神子元は外洋なので汚い水もある程度流れてくれる時もあるのですが本日は残念ながら神子元の海も濁っていました。
クローズ前は黒潮の接近もあって流れは終日速かったですが、本日は一本目少し緩めの下げ潮。
二本目から徐々に速くなっていき激流に変わりました。
ハンマーは流れもあるので群れで見ることもできましたが何より透明度があまり良くないので、アプローチして近づくことはなかなか難しかったです。
レアものでいうとアカウミガメが挨拶しにきてくれました。
この流れがあるなら明日以降も少しずつ透明度も回復してくるのではないでしょうか。

We were closed yesterday due to poor sea conditions, but we were able to set sail without incident today.
Yesterday, not only was the wind strong, but it also rained quite heavily, so the shore of the Izu Peninsula were severely murky from rainwater runoff.
Since Mikomoto is in the open ocean, the murky water is sometimes washed away to some extent, but unfortunately, the waters around Mikomoto were murky today as well.
Before the closure, the current was fast all day due to the approach of the Kuroshio Current, but today’s first dive had a slightly slower outgoing current.
Starting with the second dive, the current gradually picked up and turned into a strong current.
We were able to see the hammerhead sharks in a school thanks to the current, but above all, visibility wasn’t very good, so it was quite difficult to approach and get close to them.
Speaking of rare sightings, a loggerhead turtle came by to say hello.
With this current, I think visibility will gradually improve starting tomorrow.
