こんにちは。

一気に気温が暑くなり避暑地なのに暑さ全開の南伊豆から本日も４航海行ってきました。

クローズ明けの昨日は大うねりが神子元島周辺を襲い島の近くでのダイビングはできませんでしたが、本日は予報に反してうねりもだいぶ収まり通常通りに近いダイビングができた一日となりました。

透明度は大きく変わらずまだ浮遊物や緑色のエリアが大半を占めていますが、水深の浅いところはまだ青みがかっているようでした。

潮は一日で変わっていき緩い下げ潮から強い上げ潮に変化していきました。

ハンマーを見つけるのは決して簡単ではないここ数日ですが、チームによっては100オーバーの大きな群れに出会えました。

午後便では最後青い海が来ていて大きい群れにも出会えました！！

全チームで群れを見れる日も近くなってきています。

明日も良くなっていくことでしょう。

Temperatures have suddenly soared, and even though this is a summer retreat, it’s sweltering here in Minami-Izu—but we still managed to complete four dives today.

Yesterday, right after the closure ended, huge swells hit the area around Mikomoto Island, making it impossible to dive near the island. However, contrary to the forecast, the swells subsided considerably today, allowing us to dive almost as usual.

Visibility hasn’t changed much; suspended particles and greenish areas still make up the majority, but the shallower waters still seemed to have a bluish tint.

The tide shifted throughout the day, changing from a gentle ebb to a strong flood.

While spotting hammerhead sharks hasn’t been easy these past few days, some teams were able to encounter a large school of over 100 hammerhead sharks.

The day when all teams can see the school is drawing near.

On the afternoon trip, we saw the blue ocean for the last time and even came across a large school of hammerhead sharks!!

Things should keep improving tomorrow as well.
