Hello everyone!
Today we joined Kaiyusha’s boat and headed out for three dives on standby offshore.
The visibility in the shallows was around 5m with some milky conditions, but once we dropped deeper, it opened up to 10m+.
Water temperature remained steady at 21–22°C, same as yesterday.
And today was a special one—
It was our repeat guest’s last Mikomoto dive of the season.
The ocean definitely delivered!
We encountered hammerhead schools on all three dives, and the highlight came on the third dive:
A 10-minute nonstop swim with a massive schooling hammerhead parade—truly an insane “bonus round” moment!
There was a bit of wind, making the surface slightly choppy, but it didn’t affect diving at all.
The weather was great, and surface intervals on the boat were warm and comfortable.
To top it all off, we also saw huge schools of grunt, yellow-striped butterfish, amberjack, and japanese croakers—
a full-on Mikomoto marine festival from start to finish!
For our guest on their last dive of the season—what an incredible way to wrap it up!
