Hello.

The weather is great today, with hardly any wind—a perfect day for diving!

Well, conditions are gradually improving, so we entered the water with high hopes!

But! But! The water’s murky~

It’s a gentle incoming tide! Blacktail snappers and yellowtail snappers suddenly appeared right in front of us.

And a giant grouper! Unfortunately, we didn’t spot any hammerheads!

Buuuuut! During our surface interval, a fin suddenly appeared!

A hammerhead? No, it’s huge! It’s a manta ray!

The captain gave the go-ahead! I jumped in to find a massive manta ray! But it was moving at a speed you’d never guess from its size!

I couldn’t keep up! So I managed to get a photo as proof!

Next time, I’d love to encounter one underwater.
