平素より当店をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 本日午後のダイビング催行中に重大な事故が発生し、多くのお客様ならびに関係各位にご迷惑とご心配をおかけしましたこと、心より深くお詫び申し上げます。
併せて、明日7月6日のダイビングにつきましては、安全確保の観点から催行を中止とさせていただきます。ご予約いただいていたお客様へは、個別にご連絡を差し上げております。
せっかくご予約をいただいていたにもかかわらず、このようなご迷惑をおかけすることとなり、
重ねてお詫び申し上げます。

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our shop. This afternoon, a serious accident occurred during our diving operation, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to many of our customers and all parties involved.
In light of this incident, we will be canceling the diving operations scheduled for tomorrow, July 6, in order to ensure safety. We have already reached out individually to customers who had reservations.
We deeply regret that we must cancel an activity you had been looking forward to, and we offer our heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
