平素より当ショップをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
昨日の午後、当ショップが催行いたしましたダイビングツアー中に重大な事故が発生し、
ゲストお一人がお亡くなりになるという、極めて痛ましい結果となってしまいました。
まず初めに、亡くなられた方のご冥福を心よりお祈り申し上げますとともに、
ご遺族の皆様に深く深くお詫び申し上げます。
突然の出来事により、どれほどのご心痛とご負担をお掛けしているかと拝察いたしますと、
言葉では言い尽くせないほどの申し訳なさと重大な責任を感じております。
また、捜索および救助活動にご協力いただきましたゲストの皆様、
遊漁船の皆様、関係者の皆様に対し、心より御礼申し上げます。
皆様の迅速かつ献身的なご協力がなければ、対応を進めることはできませんでした。
現在、海上保安庁をはじめとする関係機関と連携し、
事故原因の詳細な検証を進めております。
海況判断、ガイド体制、ゲスト管理、装備点検、船上オペレーションなど、
運営に関わるすべての要素について、改めて徹底的な見直しを行っております。
今回の事故を決して風化させることなく、
「二度と同じことを起こさない」ための再発防止策を整理し、
順次、具体的な改善を実施してまいります。
明日につきましては、
ご遺族へのお悔やみと、スタッフ全員の安全意識向上および体制整備のための時間として、
終日、営業を休止させていただきます。
明後日以降の出航につきましては、
事故検証の進捗および安全体制の整備状況を踏まえ、
明日中に改めてご案内いたします。
ご利用を予定されていた皆様にはご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、
何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Thank you very much for always using our dive shop.
Yesterday afternoon, a serious accident happened during our diving tour.
One of our guests passed away.
First of all, we sincerely pray for the guest’s soul.
We also offer our deepest apologies to the family.
We feel very sorry and take this accident very seriously.
We would also like to thank all guests, fishing boats, and everyone who helped with the search and rescue.
At this time, we are working with the Japan Coast Guard and other related authorities to confirm the details of the accident.
We are now checking all parts of our operation again, including sea condition decisions, guide system, guest management, equipment checks, and boat operation.
We will do our best to make sure that an accident like this never happens again.
Tomorrow, we will close our shop for the whole day.
This time will be used to offer our condolences to the family and to improve our safety system with all staff.
About our diving schedule from the day after tomorrow, we will make another announcement tomorrow.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience to all guests who planned to dive with us.
